About

MiCAREER is a statewide consortium of teacher preparation programs and PK-12 school partners working together to support rural education.
Our collaborators help shape every part of the initiative—serving on advisory boards, building new teacher pathways, developing our experiential learning assessment system, leading program evaluation, and driving local efforts to support schools and educators.
